RFB# 2018-9-1 Sale of Manufactured Home Located at 6611 Edgewood NW
The Village of Los Ranchos is requesting bids to purchase a manufactured home located at 6611 Edgewood NW, the minimum bid will be set at $20,000. The awarded Buyer will be responsible for all costs to remove the manufactured home from the current location listed above. The manufactured home is sold in an “as is condition”. An inspection of the manufactured home will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. Completed bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope indicating the bid title and number along with the bidding firm’s name and address clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. All bids must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2018 at Village Hall, located 6718 Rio Grande Blvd, NW, Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, 87107. By submitting a bid, the bidder is certifying that the bid is in compliance with regulations and requirements stated within the Request for Bid documents. BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED ABOVE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Master Plan Committee
The Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque Master Plan Committee will hold two public workshops to discuss visioning and the future of the Village to begin development of the 2035 Master Plan on Monday, September 24, 2018, at 7:00 PM at the Warren J. Gray Hall, 6718 Rio Grande Blvd. NW and Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at 7:00 PM at the Warren J. Gray Hall, 6718 Rio Grande Blvd. NW. Comments may be made orally at the meetings or may be submitted in writing to Master Plan Staff via email to email@example.com or physically mailed or dropped off to Village Hall at 6718 Rio Grande Blvd. NW.
