Village of Los Ranchos NPDES Permit Annual Report 2017 – 2018 

The Village of Los Ranchos has prepared a draft Annual Report, as required by the Village’s NPDES Permit, summarizing activities directed toward reducing surface water pollution from storm water runoff.  CLICK HERE to view the draft. A forty-five (45) day public comment period associated with this report begins October 12 and comments will be accepted until November 26, 2018. Notice of Potential Quorum

Notice is hereby given that a potential quorum of the Village of Los Ranchos Board of Trustees, Mayor, Municipal Judge, and Planning and Zoning Commission may be present at Village Hall located at 6718 Rio Grande Blvd. NW, Los Ranchos, NM 87107, on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 from 2:00p.m. to 3:30p.m.  The Village of Los Ranchos Board of Trustees, Mayor, Municipal Judge, and Planning and Zoning Commission will not take action on any Village matter, nor will any minutes be recorded.

a) V-18-03 An appeal by Basel I Mheirat of the Planning and Zoning Commission denial of Variance V-18-03 A request by Basel I Mheirat for a Variance from §9.2.10(E)(1) minimum lot area in the R-2 Zone. The property is located at 604 Ortega Rd. NW and is legally known as Tract F Farinelli Tracts in Section 16, Township 11N, Range 3E, Bernalillo County, New Mexico. The property contains 1.0 acres, more or less (per Bernalillo County GIS). In actuality, the property contains 43,394 square feet (per plat), 167 square feet less than a full acre.


Master Plan Committee Meeting

The Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque Master Plan Committee will meet to discuss the results of the November public input meeting and discuss the structure of the December public input meeting on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Warren J. Gray Hall, 6718 Rio Grande Blvd. NW. The public is welcome to attend, although no public comment will be taken. Public comment is reserved for public input meetings. Governing Body Meetings and Public Notice Requirements
