A Potential Quorum of the Village of Los Ranchos Board of Trustees and/or Planning and Zoning Commissioners may arise from time to time to attend meetings, trainings, events, or functions in which a possible quorum may be present.
The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that Village policy will not be formulated, and no official vote or other action will occur by any members present.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque Board of Trustees will consider the adoption of the following proposed ordinances at their Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Warren J. Gray Hall, 6718 Rio Grande Blvd NW, beginning at 6:00pm.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF § 9.2.3 DEFINITIONS, § 9.2.6 TRANSFER OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS REGULATIONS, § 9.2.13 GATEWAY DISTRICT ZONE, § 9.2.14 VILLAGE CENTER ZONE, § 9.2.18 OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS, AND § 9.2.22 SIGNS OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING CODE TO REMOVE DUPLICATE AND UNUSED TERMS, MODIFY EXISTING FORMATTING FOR CONSISTENCY AND CLARIFICATION, AND UPDATE ALL STANDARDS TO MEET APPLICABLE SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.

AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THROUGH THE LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT (LEDA) TO DEVELOP A PLAN TO IMPLEMENT THE AUTHORITY PROVIDED BY NMSA 1978 SECTIONS 5-10-1 TO 5-10-13; PROVIDING STANDARDS, CRITERIA AND PROCEDURES FOR THE EVALUATION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS; PROVIDING FOR VILLAGE TRUSTEES APPROVAL BY ORDINANCE OF SPECIFIC ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND PROJECT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENTS RECOMMENDED TO THE TRUSTEES BY VILLAGE ADMINISTRATION.
The titles set forth a general summary of the subject matter contained in the Ordinances. Complete copies of the Ordinances are on file with the office of the Clerk at Village Hall, 6718 Rio Grande Blvd. NW, Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, New Mexico and are available for inspection and/or purchase during regular office hours.
This notice constitutes compliance with NMSA 1978 §3-17-3.

EPA Stormwater Management Annual Report 2022-2023
The Village of Los Ranchos has prepared an Annual Report, as required by the Village’s NPDES Stormwater Permit, summarizing activities directed toward reducing surface water pollution from storm water runoff. EPA violations can carry heavy penalties and fines. Be a clean water advocate and report offenders by calling 505-344-6582 Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00pm or call the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office at 505-798-7000 after hours or weekends.
