Alfredo Garcia Community Barn

The building is approximately 9,000 square feet, including a covered portal on the east side. Rentals include parking on adjacent dirt lot with approximately 130 parking spaces, none of which are ADA, and six large picnic tables. The Barn does not have central heating, air conditioning, interior or exterior lighting, restrooms, running water, or kitchen facilities. There is limited electricity available inside the Barn. A fire sprinkler system is in place. Barn rentals are restricted from October 31st through April 1st.

There is NO ALCOHOL allowed at the Barn or any Village property, unless sponsored by the Village and approved by the Board of Trustees.

During rental, at least 5 parking spaces, 1 of which is ADA accessible, must be kept available for public use.

Only applications within 6 months in advance will be considered.

This facility is used for agriculture education purposes only.

The facility is comprised of 24 acres of fields, an orchard, a demonstration garden, a wash station, a warehouse, a soil lab, classrooms, and parking.

By submitting this form I understand that I will be contacted by a Village employee within five (5) business days from the date my application is submitted and that my application for facility use is not finalized until it is signed by a Village Representative and any required damage and/or cleaning deposits are paid. I attest that all the information provided in this application is true and correct.

By submitting this form I agree to indemnify and hold the Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, its officers, agents, and employees harmless from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, costs, including attorney fees and all other costs of defense, arising out of or related to the activities of myself and participants during the use of the facility under the terms of this application. I understand that the Village of Los Ranchos is NOT a sponsor of this activity/event nor will it provide any supervision of the activity. I understand that the Village of Los Ranchos makes no warranties or guarantees as to the condition of the facilities or of the equipment covered by this application and that myself and other participants will be using the facilities at our own risk.
