Local heritage grains are making a return to New Mexico! Join farmers, bakers, millers and more for a “Seed to Plate” experience. Try your hand at harvesting, seed cleaning; milling demonstrations; sample bread and baked goods made with local heritage grains. The event schedule is flexible and you can help us harvest or drop in for the lunch.
The $5 ticket includes entrance to the event and lunch! Cleo's Blue Corn Kitchen will be catering for this event.

9 am - 11 am: Harvesting Grain! Learn how to harvest grain straight from the fields with hand scythes. Coffee and baked goods will be provided.
11 am - 2 pm: Enjoy food catered by Cleo's Blue Corn Kitchen while live music plays and local farmers demonstrate how they use grains
