Danielle Sedillo-Molina, CMC, Village Clerk/CPO/HR
Danielle is a Certified Municipal Clerk, responsible for attending and recording the proceedings of all Village governmental meetings, develops the agendas for the Board of Trustee meetings, provides copies to the public, and is responsible for the retention and safekeeping of all permanent Village records. Danielle is the records custodian and processes requests for public records pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA). Danielle also serves as the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), oversees Human Resource matters (including benefits/insurance and risk management/safety issues), and serves as the point of contact for Village election related matters. Tammy Silva, Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities include auditing, analyzing and verifying fiscal records and reports, preparing financial and statistical reports, providing information to Village staff regarding accounting practices and procedures, and reconciling general ledger accounts. Amelia Hinojos, Front Desk/Administrative Assistant to the Mayor and Administrator
Under the general direction of the Mayor and Village Administrator, the Administrative Assistant performs technical and multifaceted
duties pertaining to the operation of the Village. As the Front Desk Receptionist, she responds to various inquiries including the use of Hartnett Park, Barn Property Rental and other facility requests. Contact Amelia by email at ahinojos@losranchosnm.gov
William Carleton, Agricultural Program Director
The primary function of the Agricultural Program Director is to pair local landowners with farmers, provide resources for local farmers and growers, create a haven of agricultural activity, as well as facilitate and uphold the agricultural heritage of Los Ranchos. Chloe Kerr, Administrative Assistant, Agri-Nature Center
Responsibilities include assisting Agricultural Program Director, assisting Ag committee, and coordinates functions and events at the center. Prepares weekly work schedules for interns and volunteers. Assists with the information related to the center for all social media, marketing, and articles for the Village Vision Magazine. Vacant-Planning & Zoning Director
The Planning & Zoning Director handles all Planning and Zoning issues, acts as the building official for all construction in the Village, oversees the Code Enforcement Department, serves as the storm water manager for EPA NPDES MS4 Permit, Certified Flood Plain Manager for FEMA, processes all zoning applications for the department, and works with the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Trustees. Michelle Austin, Planning & Zoning Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities include assisting the Planning Director, processing business registrations, processing parcel permits, answering questions on property zones, and directing property owners to the correct person or agency. Keen Heinzelman, Public Facilities Manager
Responsibilities include management of all Village facilities, including all buildings and property, roadways, infrastructure and equipment. Dominic Tomba, Animal Control Officer and Animal Husbandry
Responsibilities include all aspects of animal control within the Village. He enforces Village ordinances concerning the care and treatment of animals. He patrols public areas, looking for potential signs of distressed animals, and works directly with Village residents concerning animal control issues. Derrick Aldridge, Facilities Maintenance Lead
Responsibilities include upkeep of Village property, parks, and streets. He assists in the construction, installation, repair, and maintenance of buildings and other public works facilities in order to maintain the general appearance of the Village. He also helps with park services, trees, concrete work, dirt work, sanitation, streetscape, and signage.
Mark Garcia, Facilities Maintenance
Responsibilities include upkeep of Village property, parks, and streets. He assists in the construction, installation, repair, and maintenance of buildings and other public works facilities in order to maintain the general appearance of the Village. He also helps with park services, trees, concrete work, dirt work, sanitation, streetscape, and signage.
Maria Rinaldi, Project Manager
Maria Rinaldi brings twenty-seven years of municipal development experience as a contract employee to the Village. As Project Manager, she will work on the Fourth Street Improvement Project, the Village Center Project, and the Agri-Nature Center improvements. Fred Radosevich, Public Safety Liaison

Code Enforcement Officer-Vacant
The Village Code Enforcement Officer investigates building standards and land use and zoning regulations to assure compliance with Village codes. The CE Officer responds to public complaints and conducts inspections and field observations for environmental or health hazards, nuisance violations, unsafe building conditions, or other issues that may require the issuance of citations, violation notices, and/or corrective action plans.
