Registration required. Create Your Own Food Safety Risk Assessment! Are you thinking about selling to New Mexico schools? Do you have wholesale customers asking to see your food safety plan? This Tier 2, intermediate workshop will walk you through completing a Farm Risk Assessment and go into more detail on the food safety concepts introduced in Tier 1. This risk assessment will be customized to your farm, and will act as your operations manual to ensure continuous improvement and implementation of food safety practices.
